UPDATED INFORMATION:-

This file consists of updated Video Blaster drivers for Windows 3.1
application. Simply overwrite the old existing files in your local
drive c:/VBLASTER/WINDOWS/ (ie. if your local drive is C:) directory
with the new files we provide in VBWIN.EXE
